Ingredients:
1 pack BHBC ground beef
5 pitas
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp sweet paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
½ grated onion
3 tsp cumin
¾ tsp all spice
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Preheat your grill to medium heat.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined. Cut pitas in half and fill with the mixture. Brush the pitas with olive oil.
Cook the pitas on a preheated grill for 3-5 mins per side.
Serve with tahini or tzatziki
