Ingredients:
¾ cup olive oil
¼ cup cilantro
½ cup parsley
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Zest of a lemon
1 fresno chili thinly sliced
¾ tsp pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
4 minced garlic cloves
Finely chop the parsley and cilantro. Mix all the ingredients together and adjust seasoning as needed
